- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased items unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

- All sales are final. We kindly ask that you carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund upon verification of the damage or defect.

- To initiate a return or exchange due to damage or defect, please contact us at gayagendashop@gmail.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue.

All charges for customs clearance, taxes or duties payable are the responsibility of the recipient. We can not provide estimates for these charges.
